KENVO PVC flexible-curtain roller doors close the material openings of robotic welding cells, individual welding stations and arc-welding booths. The curtain retracts into the head above the opening, leaving the loading face clear without a swinging leaf or a sliding-door parking area.

Construction and control options

The documented range combines a reinforced PVC curtain, guided vertical travel, a servo-controlled drive and a local operator display. Optional observation panels provide visibility where the selected material is suitable for the welding process. PLC movement commands and position feedback allow the door to be coordinated with worktables, conveyors and cell controllers.

Photoelectric detection, lower-edge sensing and movement indication are configured around the opening and control design. Size, speed and duty are confirmed against the required transfer time, cycles per shift and available installation space.
