Standard Dual-Opening Welding Station
Two adjacent openings for alternating worktables and higher material flow.
Layout and opening strategy
Two openings can support alternating worktables or separate transfer paths. Their control logic should be designed as one station sequence rather than treating the two doors as unrelated openings.
What to confirm on the drawing
- Document the purpose and loading direction of each opening.
- Define whether simultaneous opening is permitted by the station risk assessment.
- Coordinate status feedback, recovery after a fault and clearances for both doors.
The illustrated arrangement is a project example. Door dimensions, materials, speed and safety functions are to be confirmed for the final cell design.

Next step
Match the opening to a door line
Compare curtain, fire-performance, heat-exposure and insulated-aluminum concepts before selecting a specific product type. Final selection depends on the drawing and risk assessment.
