Mini Robotic Welding Cell
A compact cell for small workpieces with one or two small adjacent openings.
Layout and opening strategy
Compact cells leave less room for the door head, guides, controls and operator circulation. The available opening must be checked against the entire transfer envelope, not the part dimensions alone.
What to confirm on the drawing
- Provide a cell layout showing the robot, fixture and maintenance access.
- Confirm one or two openings and their required operating sequence.
- Check the reduced headroom and side-space constraints before choosing a door line.
The illustrated arrangement is a project example. Door dimensions, materials, speed and safety functions are to be confirmed for the final cell design.

Next step
Match the opening to a door line
Compare curtain, fire-performance, heat-exposure and insulated-aluminum concepts before selecting a specific product type. Final selection depends on the drawing and risk assessment.
